CQG order rejected during rollover

On rollover day, I received this order rejected message when attempting to place any trades on the old contract. Is this error from a Sierra Chart setting or is it on CQG's end?

CQG order update (Rejected). Text: Position limit for the contract F.US.EU6.Z18 is 0, worst case position is 1. Internal Order ID: 74314. Service Order ID: 1159649092. Symbol: F.US.EU6Z18 | 2018-12-14 13:45:24 *
