Dear Sirs, I have studied your website in regard with the pricing & payments, as well as Support Board and so on. Just to make sure I have understood the information correctly, I'm addressing to you with my question. I'm planning to switch to Sierra Chart (since your software is literally awesome!). Package : Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 3) Account : Top Step Trader combine Product & Exchange : (WTI) CL Futures on NYSE Herein, I guess my monthly cost for Software + Data fee shall be: $24 + $15.75 = 39.75$ monthly (if paid monthly). Q1: Please correct me if I'm wrong. May you please help me to figure out and plan my annual total cost which I need to pay upfront on Jan 2019, so I can have my terminal set worry free for a year? Q2: I plan to purchase annual subscription to Sierra making use of the discount, is there any option to purchase Exchange Data Fee annual subscription and any benefits of it (such as discount)? Q3: Is TST Account accepted as Account for exchanges, or I shall pay for non-account non-professional $115? Q4: As from my experience I plan not to trade during holidays, therefore I plan my subscription on 14 Jan 2019, and I have already my Demo/Trial Expired. I would be glad to have an opportunity to re-use Trial for 1-2 Weeks in order to prepare my Trading Plan for 2019. If this is possible, please kindly let me know. Regarding pricing and payment, you can pay for Sierra Chart for 1 years: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Multiple Month Purchase Discount But for the Data Feed, you can only pay monthly: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Pricing The costs for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, are separate from Sierra Chart usage time. So if you paid yearly for Sierra Chart Package 3, you would pay 190.08 USD for usage time.
