Symbol setting vanished when I change the Data/Trade Service to DTC sub-instance

I currently use SC Data service. Since I want to start another instance in another computer, I simply copy the SC folder to another computer and change its Data/Trade Service to DTC sub-instance in order to get the Data from the original computer. The copied instance works fine in another computer but the Global symbol settings show nothing. I have push "Full Reset" and "Update from Server" button in Symbol Setting in order to renew the symbol list but it does not work. Pls note I have also clicked "Allow Security definition For New Symbols" in DTC Protocol Server in original copmputer. Pls advise how I update the symbol setting in the instance of DTC.

Once the sub instance is connected to the main instance, then it will know what symbol settings to request and it should request them. Make sure it is connected.
