I logged in to my account this morning and then received a configuration error. I logged out and tried to re-open Sierra Charts and it then told me I have an invalid account number or password. Can you please resolve this before market opens at 9:30 EST. None of my control bar settings that were customized are showing. Same thing happened last month. Is there a way to save my setting so I don't have to keep customizing it every time there is an error? |

It sounds as though there may be access problems to the main configuration file (Sierra3.CFG). First restore backup of the main configuration file: Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File This will get you back to the prior configuration. And then refer to this page: Error Messages When Opening Files Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
