Good morning, I've read, think, tried different things but I still have the same problem with the Pullback function with Number bars. Maybe I am not using it properly, but here's my issue: I'm usually looking for a pullback of 10-20 ticks, the problem that I have with the pullback bar is the reset on new low or high of the bar. As an example, with a 5min bar chart: Let's say if it is 8:59, and CL is trending up and I am waiting for a pullback. 9:00:01, I have now a new bar, and still waiting for my pullback. Since I just got a new bar, the bar length is probably 1 or 2 ticks, which means that my pullback column will reset if I hit a new low...but for me, it was still a pullback for the uptrend and the numbers don't mean anything anymore. I am now using range bars with a customized control bar that gives me shortcut to multiple size of range bars. That solzes 90% of the issue but there is still occasions where the bars close simultaneously and I am stuck with the same problem. Maybe there is already something that can be done, if not, I believe that if we can have the option to have the pullback column reset at the previous bar low/high instead of the current bar this would solve the issue.
