Hi Support, Background: - I have been trialing and learning to use functionality of SC via FXCM demo acc. including using Studies>>>Trading System -Study Subgraph crossover / Study based on Alert condition using Trade>>>Auto trade system bar based back test and Spreadsheet trading. - Trade Simulation mode has been checked. - I recently was granted access to a live FXCM account and have confirmed acc no. etc with SC. I have not enabled as yet Problem(s) Re Trade activity log: - Menus Fill / All Internal Order ID's / [Sim]AllSymbols / Sim 4 shows a Trade Simulation fill for NZDCHF. Column Price is empty. Column Order status is Filled . Column FillPrice shows price and Column OpenClose shows CLOSE Re Chart - one of my Charts for NZDCHF shows the Order Fill and Order and Position on the chart. +35.0K@0.6869 |P/L -175.000P +35.0K@.6869 Question: - how do I reconcile TAL show CLOSE (I interpret as no position) with Chart showing a position for NZDCHF? - would like to resolve before trading in live account Please note - I have tried to reconcile above via looking at Orders and Positions. I assume no position shown as this is a Sim position. Correct? - I have manually been through every CW in each CB and unchecked Trade>>>Auto trade enabled - Chart as well as set "Enabled" field to "No" for Trading Studies. Logic is that by doing so no new Sim positions will be accidentally opened / closed. Other - I am also receiving some sound alerts (two single "dings") which makes me think I may have inadvertently set an alert or have missed unchecking a Trade>>>Auto trade enabled filed in a CW or setting "Enabled" field to "No" in a Study. How can I check this please? (is there a report or similar to show all settings?) - Is it he case that sound is set to two single dings when "Apply" or "OK" in Chart Settings button is pressed? Again how can I check please? Thanks in advance for your help |
