Orders initiated from charts are not appearing on the trading dom with the same symbol. Orders initiated from the trading dom are not appearing on charts. Orders were showing on both charts and trading dom regardless of where they were initiated. Not sure what I've done. How do I fix? Thanks.

Make sure Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On is enabled on the chart. Make sure the trade account is set correctly:

The other thing to do, is to update to the latest Prerelease. There may have been a problem with the display of orders when changing between accounts and this is now resolved.

followed the instructions above with no success and I was already using 1041 which I believe is the latest pre-release.

still experiencing this issue.

could it have something to do with the Real Time Price Multiplier(s)?

I am using IQFeed as the remote source and AMP/TTNet as the Destination/Trading instance of SC.

What should the Real Time Price Multiplier for the ES (s&p emini) be set to in the following 4 places; IQFeed (remote), AMP/TTNet (destination), individual charts in destination SC and the trading dom in the destination instance of SC?

To further complicate things trades are no longer appearing in the "Trade Activity Log" as they were previously.

Thanks.

I think all is good now.

Changed "Today" (date), to tomorrow in the Trade Activity Log and it started populating.

The IQFeed "Update From Server" updates the Real Time Price Multiplier for the ES to "1".

The AMP/TTNet "Update From Server" updates the Real Time Price Multiplier for the ES to "0.01".

On all destination charts and trading doms I changed the Real Time Price multiplier to 0.01 and all seems good.

I must have messed up some of these settings.

If you see a problem in the way I set thing things up, please let me know.

Otherwise, excuse this support request. Thanks!

This all sounds fine.

However, if you have enabled Today in the Date Range settings on the Trade Activity Log, you should see all of the most recent order activity.

We now offer our own futures data feed for the CME exchange which is integrated with all of the supported Trading services. This is what we recommend using instead of IQ Feed:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

It is easier. If you need EUREX or ICE, those exchanges will come later on in the year.

Very interested in your CME feed and have followed the new feed thread quite closely.

I understand your new feed will provide CME data real time including the @ES?## (S&P eMini current month) and the TICK.Z (NYSE TICK) data. And that's great.

In addition, I am a heavy user of the following three instruments (IQFeed symbols); SPX.XO (S&P 500 cash index), @ES# (S&P eMini continuous contract non-adjusted - for long term analysis) and the VI7T.Z (NYSE/NYA Composite Volume).

My understanding is if I want these 3 instruments real time I need to wait.

Do I need to wait? Or, is there a way to use the new CME data feed and get the three instruments mentioned above from SC another way - instead of IQFeed?

This is still under development. So you will need to wait. Thank you for your interest.
