Anytime I do not open a specific chart within 24 around hours during the week, historical and intraday data is always missing and in order to fix it I must always use Edit > Delete All Data And Download on all charts that fall under this criteria. It had always existed when I was using GAIN Capital data, and it has always existed while using the Sierra Chart data feed. For example: Today, all Bond futures charts contained a gap from 12pm on 11/14/18 to 3am on 11/20/18, 6B 10/26 to 11/25, 6J 11/8 to 11/25, etc. Is there a way I can prevent this issue in the future? |

You do not want to regularly use: Edit > Delete All Data And Download It is not efficient. Instead refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart If the problem is due to some kind of a connectivity issue, then refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Error when Downloading Historical Intraday Data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Server Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
