Can I access Sim1 from different machines

Hi, I cannot access Sim1 account from my other computer, and have no access to my entered trades from the other one and even the trade activity log is only showing SIM. No SIm1 though I am using the same SC all data feed. I did disconnect and connect several times but it is not allowing me to view the trade at SIM1 ? Kindly advise. Thanks |
