Control bar not saving

Hey there, So I set up my control bar and added my desired tools, but even though I 'save all' and 'save as', every time I shut down my sierra charts and reboot it, I lose all of the added tools, abnd it goes right back to the generic control bar. How do I save all of my settings so that the control bar and my tools stay the same when I re-open sierra charts? Thank you! |

The Control Bar information is stored in the Sierra3.cfg file. You have a configuration file that is set to automatically update whenever you restart Sierra Chart. It has a different extension, but it does replace the main configuration file. We need to look into this because that main configuration file which is set to be downloaded for your account, should be automatically deleted when it is downloaded. We need to see why that is not happening.
