Hi, I opened up SC today and found the Yellow message "Symbol Settings not found for current Service". This seems to happen on all of the FTSE Stocks e.g.
KGF..LS
or
EZJ.LS
for example.

This was working before and I dont beleive I've changed any settings. I have my feed set to SC Data - All Services.

I have just tried the Global Symbol Settings 'Full reset' button but that didnt work.

Any idea please what I can try at all?

Thank you

You can safely disregard that message and we are going to update the Symbol Settings to include the London stock exchange as well. This will be done later today.

At that time you just need to follow the instructions here:

Sorry for having to come back to this, but another issue relating to the FTSE stocks, and I'm not even sure if the two items are related, but the ticker DC..LS has stopped downloading data. Most of the other FTSE symbols I have tried are updating on a Daily timeframe ok.

I thought perhaps it maybe because the Ticker has a double Dot (..LS), so I tested AO..LS as well and the same problem exists for that too. I tried HL..LS, again that failed:

SC Data - All Services | Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported. Symbol: HL..LS | 2018-11-16 02:35:05
- I'm on a Historical Daily chart, not Streaming Live Data

Maybe you can advise me further please or should I wait as you suggested in #2?

Hi, just coming back to this once again. I noticed that:

BT.A.LS

Is still doing this. I have completed the steps in #4 above that doesn't resolve it.
