Hello,

I am trying to get the standard deviation of daily range (30 days) plotted as bands on my range bar intraday chart. I was able to get the daily range bands but I need to plot their standard deviation. I tried using standard deviation of true range but couldn't put it on the price. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is the Standard Deviation Bands study. Refer to the following:

That's not what I am looking for. I am looking for a study that can calculate of for example:
The last 20 sessions, the standard deviations of range.

Is that possible to create such thing with Sierra?
Thank you

The Standard Deviation Bands can do what you are asking for. Calculate the range on a daily timeframe (setup however you need it to be) and then set the length of the Standard Deviation Bands to 20.

Ok I will spend a few hours on it and try to create the standard deviations of range from close to close.
But before that isn't there any place where I could look to somebody who set that up already right?
Thank you

With this indicator is definitely not possible to track standard deviations of range from close to close.
I want to track of the last 20 sessions 1 and 2 sigmas of the range and I definitely can't with this indicator.
Is there any place or somebody I could look who has this set up? In Investor/RT i was able tos et that up, with Sierra I never found a way.

Thank you

Attached you have an example on how FT71 tracks that on Investor/RT (annotations on the right of the chart (sigma +1, sigma +2...). That's what I am looking for.
This are standard deviations of range from close to close.
