Hi,

I'm using the LMAX Demo data feed and have noticed today that the daily bar data is incorrect. I am seeing either issues with the current daily bar or the preceding 1-2 days bars. I have attached some screenshots of what I am seeing in SC and what the data looks like on LMAX MT4 - I have also checked other platforms and they indocate that the issue is with SC. In the screenshots of AUDNZD the price action for the last two days is not correct. In the screenshots of GBPJPY, SC shows price action for an additional daily bar the 15th Nov, which is tomorrow!

I have checked other pairs (not all) and am seeing issues for each one such as incorrect price action, incorrect open and close prices for preceding days etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Additional GBPJPY screenshot of LMAX MT4 platform for comparison. I should add that I have tried reloading the charts, deleting the data and re-downloading and downloading data for all historical charts but the errors remain. I should also add that the intraday data seem to be correct.

Thanks.

We are looking this over but it makes sense that you will see a new bar for November 15 after 17:00 US Eastern time. That is fully expected.

We are going to run a full review of the historical data pricing for LMAX.

Hi SC,
Thanks for the reply. Just to add re the new bar for the 15th Nov (GBPJPY) - as you can see from the date and time stamp of the screenshot taken in the SC platform, I took the screenshot on the 14th Nov at 21:39 UK time, which is before 17:00 US Eastern time and before the bar for the 15th Nov should have opened and printed. Seems odd, I realise, but it is the case.
Thanks.

The problem has been discovered. We were running out of date Historical data server on one of our new London machines.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
