sierra real time data feed stopped

it was working up until half hour ago and just stopped, i see in message log it says error limited to one connection per username, i only have one connection as far as i know, i restarted sierra chart and same thing.

i had signed up for real time data trial a few days ago because of data issues using the IB data feed and volume not showing most of time intraday, the sierra data feed was working until couple hours ago and after you sent me your response to my question i did have another instance of sierra running but it was using the futures brokers data and had been running for days so i never questioned that instance, well i went and looked and the futures data feed had sierra data checked to use also, i unchecked that and now i have sierra real time data back on other instance running. It took a few days before the sierra data feed saw i had 2 instances running, that threw me off. Thank you..........
