I have a custom keyboard shortcut to 'buy limit at the ask +1' and 'sell limit at the bid -1'. I do not use this often but recently used it in simulator mode. I got an error message: Trade Order Error: Buy Limit must be below or equal to last trade price: 3219 | Symbol: [Sim]F.US.DSXZ18 | TradeAccount: Sim1 | 2018-11-12 11:45:02 * Same for Sell limit orders. I then tested this with LMAX Demo account, and I also got an error message: Trade Order Error: Sell Limit must be above or equal to last trade price: 1.12689 | Symbol: EURUSD | TradeAccount: ... | 2018-11-12 11:51:29 * As I wrote, this used to work, and the error message does not make any sense. There is no requirement to set a buy limit order below the current price. I can set a buy limit order just above the current price manually with trade window. And if I extend the keyboard shortcut setting to, say, 'buy limit at ask +10' it still gives me the same error. |
