Went to open Sierra...1 page gray screen. Not connected. Had to enter name password in data/trade service. Then open chartbook. All charts/DOMs are back to default settings. I don't want to just start clicking options hoping to get lucky. Please tell me there is a way to get my settings back without having to do this by hand. I have not updated in probably a year, becuase I had to re-enter eveything manually after that update. Thanks

If you have updated from a very old version, it is possible some settings may have changed but certainly not everything. For example, you may have to configure the Chart/Trade DOM columns: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) Just make sure you are actually opening an existing Chartbook: Chartbooks (Workspaces) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. To be clear, I just went to open Sierra in the morning, and got a gray screen/no connection. It was working fine 7 hours previously. I did not update/change anything. Does Sierra store my graphics settings on my PC somewhere so that I can re-install them? Thanks, again
