odd behavior lately

Lately my CL and ES chartbooks load as normal, but my NQ chartbook takes 4-6 minutes to load, with the system becoming unresponsive during parts of the load. The message log pauses on a historical download request. (CQG connection). Just now I selected a chart and from the dropdown menu selected sim mode to be checked/on. The chartbook immediately went "not responding" and remained that way for roughly 90 seconds... Please advise. |

For further info, I just unchecked trade simulation mode, and the same unresponsive behavior is occurring.

Update to the pre-release with Help >> Download Prerelease: Software Download: Fast Update And within each chart or Trading DOM enable Chart >> Chart Settings >> Load Order Fills for Current Day Only: Chart Settings: Load Order Fills for Current Day Only (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) If you still have a problem let us know and we will look at this with Remote Assistance. For the record, the user was called and the issue relates to a full recalculation of studies which is happening when going in and out of Trade Simulation Mode and there was a custom study the user is using which was time-consuming to calculate. We are going to see how we can do a workaround.
