I am having an issue with my live data. I trade off of a DOM in my Sierra charts. I updated versions of Sierra a couple days ago when I was having problems. Since I updated, my DOM is showing that I have 4 open trades, but my broker and my online broker statement show that I don't have open positions. my trade activity log shows that I have 4 open positions. I use Rithmic data. Is the problem I am having with Sierra? I can't place live trades because I'm not sure what is going on.

I came to that conclusion by reading my trade activity log. It shows that I'm long 4 futures contracts but my brokerage account shows I'm flat.

when I came in this morning, I had no data feed connection, but I had a message that my version was being updated. When will that be completed?

Disregard. Refer to:

but I had a message that my version was being updated. When will that be completed?
That is something that you will complete when you get a prompt that the installer has been downloaded. Just simply go through the installation process. This is all.
