Hello, afaik, using lmax actually consists of 2 different services. the realtime intraday quotes from lmax and the historical charts using lmax stream to be up to date in realtime. But the data history is coming actually from the sc service. The problem now is, that lmax uses the name CADJPY and sc servers for historical data use the symbol name ^CADJPY. I cant see a way to add this specific forex pair to my symbollist and get a full overview... either intraday or historical charts are empty. So how do i fix this? I am talking about adding this symbol to the controllbar's WATCHLIST and simply access all the relevant data in this specific way. Best Regards |

We want you to update to the current version of Sierra Chart following these instructions:Software Download: Fast Update This solves a problem with symbol settings in sub instances which we see you are using. So make sure you exit all sub instances before you update. After that in the case of a blank Intraday chart, refer to the instructions here if necessary: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Upon reopening of the historical daily charts, the data should be downloaded without any problem. Deleting the whole CADJPY files did the Job. It seems like there was a corruption so downloading into the file didnt work.
