Hi, Downloaded Pre-release 1830. Last couple of downloads does not highlight colors. I am sure you are aware. Never really know if/when should post here. Don't want to appear like complaining and also thinking they have to know already. Anyway, looking forward to resolution. Thanks |

We do not see any issue like this. Are you using a Remote Desktop connection to Sierra Chart?

No. I am on the same computer and desktop as always. Everything else seems fine except for the subgraphs. Man oh man I'm bummed. It definitely has caused me angst. As you can see by the snapshot I sent, it shows the color but not in the Subgraph. |

We think this is going to be a Windows operating system level issue . Have you run all of the Windows updates?

The "Use Aero Peek to preview the desktop" was grayed out. I have 4 monitors and discovered one of them was set to 60Hz at 16-bit instead of 32-bit like the rest of them. Once I changed it to 32-bit to match the others, the Aero peek was available. After reapplying it the subgraphs worked. Thanks PS Next time I will no hesitate to ask for assistance. I went a long time with the sugraphs not working. It was a pain in the ass et to say the least. Thanks again. |
