Using SC datafeed with CTS Advanced Lower Cost Connection. I have a 3-lot strategy in the NQ as follows: Target 1 21T Qty 2, Lmt Target 2 41T Qty 1, Lmt Stop All 21T Trail Stop Today I sold short 3 contracts. Two contracts got filled and one contract got filled (at the same price at the same time). But instead of a stop-loss of 3 contracts the stop-loss was for only 2 contracts (the profit target was for 2 contracts also). I got stopped out of the trade but was still short one contract because the bracket didn't work as expected. Thoughts? |

Refer to the instructions here: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis Most likely you can determine the reason for the problem but if you need our help let us know. But really if you just tell us the parent order Service Order ID we can check this from our side since we have access to the logs. We will have a quick look and that will be the easiest thing to do.
