I am in a trade and I contacted GFF, our broker, and they can't see it!! It's not on the DOM. How do we exit?

If they cannot see it, their next step is for them to contact the exchange . They must have standard procedures for this. We do not know their system. This is the responsibility of the broker, the technology provider and the clearing firm to resolve. But what we want you to do is to reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then after a few seconds check Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. If you do not see the position there, then from our perspective it does not exist. We see you are using Gain Capital so check the OEC Trader software. Check to see if you see the Position there.
