Because of a Gain data feed I was requested to upgrade to 1826 pre-release version. I did that all was well. I saved and closed all but when I reopened it I'm back to 1823 and many of my studies don't work property anymore. I have a different data feed than Gain so I upgraded to 1825, saved all and when I reopened I was on 1823 again. I have done this process several times with the same result. Help. |

There really should not be a problem like this. Does not make much sense unless somehow the operating system is restoring a prior version which does not seem to make sense either. The issue has been resolved. The issue was that executable file was renamed. The installer would start Sierra Chart using the standard executable, which was was latest version installed. When the user would start Sierra Chart using the shortcut (which was referencing the renamed executable), it would start the old version of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart Support |
