Missing historical, realtime and market depth for CME symbol NQ

Hi, i have problem with historical, realtime data with market depth CME symbol NQ /E-Mini Nasdaq 100/. Others CME symbol like YM (YMZ18 - Dow Jones ...) and ES (ESZ18 E-mini S&P 500 ..) working in the chart, historical data and intraday data - it's look ok. I have problem from cca 2018-10-18 - problem only with the NQ. I tested the situation with the new installation Sierra Chart 1820 SC Data All Services, but without success. Note: from 13:52 /UTC/ i haven't data from data feed symbol ESZ18, YMZ18 too. Thank you for your help. Regards. |
