How to specify ParticipateDoNotInitiate flag for Bitmex limit orders

I don't see a way to specify this parameter when submitting limit orders from the DOM. Is it always sent down with limit orders if the setting is set to true in the Data/Trade Service Settings?

It is a global setting. It affects all limit orders.
