Even if I choose "Disconnect Data", every time I open a chart, I get the message "Historical download complete". Where is this data getting downloaded from, thanks.

We cannot answer the question without looking at the Message Log because there are various sources of data. In general this question is not within the scope of our support. Disconnecting does not prevent an historical data download.
