Missing functionality in Sierra from Transact

I am getting the software from transact futures. where can i find all missing functionality when using it this way opposed to direct account for level 5? for example, i dont see "trade->customize trading dom columns" or "File >> Open Trading DOM" Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-10-22 10:23:13
