Good morning, My chart shows a filled order which is not reflected on my account, due to the fact that I am flat on that securities. I have an order filled on USD/JPY as shown in the attached picture. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1540197999243.png I tried to refresh the trade data from service already but nothing change. |

This guide says that "The solution to this is to enter the starting Date-Time for the order fills that make up the current Trade Position for the Symbol and Trade Account, in the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time boxes for the chart or Trade DOM you are trading from." I found this order fills date-time in the Trade activity log, which is showing the exact date and time the trade has been "taken" I applied this date into the box as explained in the guide but nothing has changed, the order is still there. I also opened and close the platform but nothing changed neither. |

By the way, if this can be of any help, this date I am talking about has been found in the "trade stats for charts" within the trade activity log and not in the "trade activity", because in the latter I cannot find it anywhere.

If the Position is currently flat for the symbol, then enter the current date and time in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time .
