Can't renew after trial

Hi, I'm with TopStepTrader combine program and my trial period will be over today and I would like to renew the package. When I try to renew the package I get an error message. When I click on the link in "You will need to make a payment of 33 USD." I an error "Your account information is incomplete. To proceed with the payment you need to Update your Account Information." All my account information is correct, though, there isn't any creditcard information. Best, Stefan |
