Hello, Apologies if this has been covered but I was unable to find it. I am starting a subscription to the CQG Data Factory for downloading historical tick chart data to be used for analysis purposes. The relevant data file will be provided as a ".ts" extension file. They also say that they support 3 different data formats (all variations in ASCII apparently). Can you tell me if SierraChart supports their Data Factory files for importing and if so what format should I request? Thanks much, Kel |

Yes Sierra Chart has support for the "CQG Time and Sales format". Here is the relevant documentation: Exporting and Importing Intraday Data Files: Import and Load This is a proven and tested import format because we have used it extensively ourselves.
