all my chart I have worked on for years are wrecked due to updating to the latest version ver: 1815 can i go back to A previous version, when my charts were perfect i followed directions to do so! there are no other versions available? ugh |

I hate to read things like this. Hopefully everything is intact in the automated backups that SC does for you. BUT, it is SO easy to make a backup copy of Sierra and store it on another drive or a flash drive because it’s ALL contained in one folder. Things go wrong, computers fail, hard drives fail, SSDs fail, power surges wipe out data. Don’t lose something you “Worked on for years” because you don’t have a backup. If you get your charts back using SC’s suggestion, PLEASE make your own backup and keep it off that drive, just in case! — Scott |

Thank you ''I work on computers all day.. with that said i should have made a back up that that version... you would think reading the support board i could find pervious versions of sierra charts ..there are none ! so with a simple update all my work is wrecked....... very upset |
