Reloading Historical chart for every currency (and redrawing) is making the program unusable (nothing but hourglass) for large currency chartbooks (ver.1039) |

FXCM does not seem to fully understand the problem but we have a better understanding of it and we are going to put a patch in for this. This should be out during the next hour. We apologize for this issue. We did resolve it for some connections Sunday evening. For now, try selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to get a different server. We had to abandon the use of the daily high and low data from FXCM. It is just too unstable at this time. The reloading problem should be resolved.
