Dear Suppport, I am subscribed to SC realtime futures data of multiple exchanges. If I'm correct this data comes from Barchart. Can you please let me know if this data subscription also makes possible to access/use Barchart's data with other softwares? Can Barchart be contacted directly with this question? Thank you. |

To provision this data feed Sierra Chart is tapping into the direct CME feed, decoding the data and sending it out using our own protocol (it uses the DTC protocol), its a feed that has been developed that is custom for Sierra Chart. Thank you this would be the best - usin DTC. I'm going to contact the other software developer if they are willing to add support for DTC, that would be great. |
