Hi, Is it possible to activate a $5 connection trial in conjunction with full CME group with market depth exchange data which is normally 15.75 but free for first month? I understand that without a live funded account with an accepted broker it's 115 or something like that, I'm just wanting to trial all of this without having a live futures account. Also what does it mean when the date/time reading is highlighted red for instance up for 19:35? Update: bypassed step 3 and logged in and found some data from all exchanges under the "SC services - all data" service.. is this without market depth? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-10-03 10:28:47

You need to activate the higher-priced CME exchange fee for 115USD a month but it will be free this month. You cannot use the lower priced CME Group fees. Ok great. So, I need the following to continue after trials are over and I wish to proceed on a month by month basis: 1. Sierra Chart Service Package ($24) 2. Active connection ($35) 3. Exchange data ($15.75 if I open a live account) Correct? And although both the connection and exchange data is set to automatically renew, if I have nothing in my services balance I will not be charged and the subscriptions will cease? In the real time data connections 'action' column, does 'deactivate' shut off auto renewal or just deactivate the current connection and 'extend to end of billing period' is not suitable in my case as I have a 14 day Sierra Chart package right? And as well, I would like to quite literally zoom out and be able to move around with the pointer tool. Is this possible without having to disturb the price scale - I literally want to zoom out to be able to see a bigger picture (looking for a - magnifier icon for instance, I know there isn't one) and obviously the rest of the bars which are cut off - it feels like it isn't possible to 'zoom out', I've read through the zoom out section but doesn't help me. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=153865876695.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-10-04 13:14:47

You can use the Extend to End of Billing Period if you want. It will extend the market data feed until the end of the month but you will also want to add additional usage time to your Sierra Chart account to correspond with that.
