Greetings, I am trying to edit what appears on the trade chart window. I have deselected "Buy Ask", "Sell Ask", "Buy Bid" and "Sell Bid", and yet they are still appearing on the Trade Chart window (see attached pic). All I want to see is "Buy Market" and "Sell Market". How can I fix this? |

This is not supported. The buttons will still be displayed, but disabled.

There are various reasons, why this was deferred for response until the end of the day. It was considered a feature request, and these require further consideration to determine if the feature should be added and what we should exactly say in regards to the request. You will find that our support is superior because you are communicating directly with engineers so the support is competent support. Additionally, we needed to take the time to look at the software and review the wording so that it is technically accurate. The settings for enabling and disabling the Trade Window buttons now say "Enable" instead of "Display". So we wanted to do this review and answer the question all at the same time.
