Hi

I don´t know whats going on but I can´t get my sierra chart to work.
Could you please verify?

These are the relevant messages. Select File >> Disconnect. Wait a certain amount of time. How long we do not know. And then connect to the data feed again with File >> Connect to Data Feed. We would think you might have to wait at least an hour. None of this is within our control.
