NYSE Tick --setting it up

When I create the Tick chart to go underneath my price chart, and wish to see the extreme readings, + or -975-1000, I am noticing that there are absolutely no readings that are that extreme and so I know something is wrong. I set it up as a 1 minute as I am trading off a 1 minute chart.

Do you know what I might be doing wrong?

nothing is wrong, this is the market conditions we are trading in.. if you are seeing +1000/-1000 readings regularly on other $TICKs (from other packages) then those are calculated very sensitively
