Hi there, I am using the Number Bars study on my chart and it seems that the (Ask Vol- Bid Vol) is coming wrong on few columns and then its correct on few columns. The 6the column in the calculated Values study shows -1877 when clearly if you count, the value is off. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1537302774421.png I have attached the chart settings file for this chart. I also made sure that I have Tick Data. I am also using a paid data feed. Thanks. |

We need you to explain how you come to the conclusions that you do.

Ok fine. Here is the 6th column total. I add the right side (Ask Vol) and substract from the total of the Bid Vol (Left Side). Ask Vol - Bid Vol = (91+848+243+734+146+399) - (37+12+766+463+784+846+748) = -1195. But the calculated values show -1877. How come ? |

The column width is too narrow. You are not seeing the full numbers.

You are absolutely right. When I zoomed in, I see the complete numbers. Sorry my bad. Appreciate your prompt reply. One last question: Can you please tell me why are some numbers text in WHITE color and rest in RED/Green. I expect Red when BID is greater than Ask and Green when Vice Versa. For example, in the same 6the column, the third row 766|243, both are WHITE. I don't know why and what it means ? Can you please tell me . ? Do you need the studies section to determine ? |
