Suddenly all my charts are frozen. I can drag on the vertical/horizontal axis, but I can't move any of my charts around. All of them. It suddenly happened -- didn't change any settings.

Actually, we see you are running 1785 and are disregarding the update notices. You need to update to the current version. While the problem you are seeing is an operating system level behavior, that particular version might have been affected by a GDI object leak triggering the problem.
