The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which you are using provides 10 levels of market depth.

It is just not supported with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Also the CME does not provide market depth data beyond 10 levels. They only provide what is called market by order data and we have not yet released that.

You can get more than 10 levels if you are using the CQG data feed and you can do that by disabling Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and reconnecting to the data feed.

And we will try to get to releasing more than 10 levels of market depth with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed soon. We just need to troubleshoot and resolve one minor issue with it. The development basically is done though.
