Chartbooks do not hold new settings

I am having issues with my chart books not holding new config settings, as well, when I go from sim mode to trade mode or even from say session to evening session the charts loose information that was downloaded to them earlier. I am using chart books that were set up and set to me by a friend and he is not having any issues. The platform seems very unstable when trading and loosing information when I change a view and is quite disturbing when live trading. Is there a fix? Should I delete Sierra Charts and reload the program? If so how do you save all your chart books? Thanks Tripp |

This does not make sense and we do not know what setting you referring to. Tell us one particular setting you are referring to. We need to know.
