I am trying to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Feed to view live and expired futures contracts so I can download and analyze tick data. I use a different platform to conduct statistical analysis and I want to export this data and import into another platform. I can't seem to get this loaded properly and need help.

I understand the settings but I am unable to download tick data dating back a few years. I read that this was possible using the Sierra Charts data feed, which I paid for. I am trying to gather 2 years of CL tick data and I am unable to get this to populate

Yes, I can open a chart and see the data, but the CL contract will only display intraday tick data for less than a day. It will not download anything beyond even though I have the settings set correctly. I am trying to get about two years of futures tick data so I can perform analysis. Please let me know the best way to move forward. Thanks -a |
