I have tried numerous times to make a payment to my account using Paypal and find I cannot do it. I have always used this way of paying the account, and updated everything I think but still cannot do it. Can you help me? Rick

We see you are in Canada and for reasons unknown there is a problem paying with a MasterCard from Canada through PayPal (which in this case is incorporated in Singapore). Perhaps due to regulation. Are you trying to use a MasterCard? Try using the Safe Charge payment option instead which also supports PayPal through a different Country, and we can give you an extra credit for the fee if that is a problem.
