Same Problem can't connect to BitMex

Hello. A time ago I had a problem - can't connect to bitmex trading direct. You didn't resolve it and i continue use Bimex[trading] which worked fine. But now (3-5days ago begin) i cant connect to this service also. Please pause my subscription and try to resolve.

We do not control that connection. The BitMex DTC connection is no longer available. It was discontinued by BitMex. We can put your account on hold. Confirm you want us to do that.
