Dear SC friends,

since yesteday I can not do trades, because I have problems with error filtered for NQ-201809-Globex. Data are paid till the end of this month, so please advice as soon as possible..

If you wish, I send you a copy of message log.

PS: I tried to set client ID to zero, I reloaded data and the problem still occures. Please, advice..

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
