Live Trades not showing up in DOM

Hello I was trading sim this weekend with the rewind function and after I changed back to live, my live trades size, P/L and position average are no longer showing up in the DOM however on Gains site I can see them so I know they were real. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks |

I disabled simulation mode yesterday, my trades were executed through Sierra DOM both entries and exits however they my position size was showing flat when they were still live. I clicked trade-unchecked simulation mode or am I missing another step?

As long as Sierra Chart is connected to the Gain Capital trading server you will see the Positions in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. If they are not there, then try reconnecting: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Otherwise there is a problem with their trading server providing Position data. I am still having the same issue this morning I was long two contracts the DOM shows zero P/L shows 0, orders are clearly executed on the brokers site. I can exit my position however I had 1 contract left I clicked flatten and it just cancelled my open sell order and the last contract I had did not sell, however it did let me click the size and price to exit the last position. The execution does show up on the Pos QTY@Price: box when executed for about 2 seconds and then disappears Hope this better explains the issue to help resolve Thanks |

Do you see the correct Position listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions for the Symbol and Trade Account?

Actually, it just occurred to us what the problem is. The symbol you are using is not correct. Change it to ESU8.
