Cannot cancel orders

Hi! I use gain futures and while i can send and modify an order, when i try to cancel them in the DOM they only say, cancellation pending, waits for a while and then it just says open in the order window. cancel through gains plattform works well. i cannot find any related messages |

Hi, Exactly same problem for me occurred today. Canceling orders was working fine last week. |

Yes, I got hit by this today. Broker pushed back to me and said it was a problem with SC... that an update was needed. When orders hang on the server side and SC cannot manage them, is there a better number to call for information than the broker? Are we allowed to call a GAIN desk directly ?
