I re signed up with Sierra Chart. It asked for a certain payment, I paid that, then asked for another payment, paid that, then it said I needed to make another payment because my balance was too low to renew but it says it needs another $50 by the beginning of the month but I just paid a couple days ago. Last time I resigned up it did the same thing. Asked for a payment, paid it, then I had to pay for everything a second time in order to start service. On top of all that none of the CTS data that I am trying to log into is working and with both of my payments it seems that I only have a few days left before things get shut off again. The only payments that you made recently in the last couple of days were 25 USD and 5 USD. This is all. The notice to make another payment is for this next coming month for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can see the services you have activated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices The Sierra Chart usage time itself has been paid out until September 25. So there is no problem with that. You also have two Sierra Chart accounts. You are logged into the one from AMP but you made the payments and activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on the account that you have made this posting with. So you need to login to Sierra Chart with the account you have used on this Support Board.
