Can't login to my sierrachart

Hi, I've been using Sierra for 3 months on different computer systems without a single problem. However, I'm unable to login into sierrachart on my new-built PC (sierra is the first software I installed). I got a message said "Time out error. There was no response". I've tried various methods provided on the forum but nothing has worked. Please help since this is vital to my job (I use sierra professional). Thank you.

1. We can see that you are currently running Sierra Chart on 2 computers. And that your login was restricted on a 3rd one for the following reason: Too many systems. To use Sierra Chart on the new computer you will either need to shut down Sierra Chart on one of the other two computers it is running on, or add an Additional System: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#3 2. Thank you for your prompt response. I wasn't aware that was the cause of the problem. Closing 1 instance did resolve it.
