I am getting this message when I try to start one of my primary chartbooks (ERICS CHARTBOOK 09112017). The rest of my other chartbooks seem to start fine. Can you help me get this primary chartbook to load? Thanks

No we do not think the issue is resolved and we do need to look into this. Exception problems do not resolve themselves.


If there is a problem it means there is some underlying issue which is just intermittent. Contact us again when you have the issue again.
